When comming out of suspension the dock had odd visuals

Bug description:
Came home and my computer had suspended. Good, it did what I had it
set to do. After entering my password, I found that the dock had
seemingly become currupted. It had rather odd visuals (can be seen in
the attached picture). Lastly, immediatly after taking the screenshot,
the dock had returned to normal.
I am unsure where this bug report should go or what other information
you will need from me. However, I will do my best to tell you what you
need to know.
