Thanks for the bug report. The error dialog that you see shows that a
certain program have crashed due to some reason (in that case gnome-
bluetooth). You can use that dialog box to report the crash which will
also add the crash logs to the newly created bug report. I'll close this
bug now.

The following actions resulted in this error:
1) Switch to gues login
2) log out of guest login
3) log back into a user login
The above steps results in a error being displayed to the user ==> (System
program problem detected).
