This bug was fixed in the package gnome-themes-standard -
3.4.1-0ubuntu1.1
---------------
gnome-themes-standard (3.4.1-0ubuntu1.1) precise-proposed; urgency=low
* debian/patches/ubuntu_a11y_fallback.patch:
- use "Humanity" as a fallback for a11y themes, those icons sets are not
really complete and lot of the fallback icons from "gnome" are lacking
on an Ubuntu installation without gnome-icon-theme-full (lp: #1018535)

Bug description:
Impact:
with some of the themes icons are missing, including the session indicator
one (which makes impossible to logout)
Test Case:
(uninstall gnome-icon-theme-full if it's installed), go to system setting,
appareance, change the theme to "High Contrast" ... some icons go missing
including the session indicator one
Regression potential:
the fallback icons could be picked up in a different set (but it should be
closer from the Ubuntu theme in this case so not really a regression)
