Title:
After using ubuntu for say an hour(Not sure how long yet) a white
streak appears on the top left hand corner, above where the window
control buttons occur. Bug is appearing on both my desktop and laptop
which have ubuntu 12.04. On restarting it disappears for a while.

Bug description:
