Title:
applications don't provide tooltips on mouseover

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in “software-center” source package in Precise:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  OS: Ubuntu 11.10 Oneiric stable
  Application: Ubuntu Software Centre 5.0.1.4

Some of the applications on the All Software screen of the USC have
very long names, e.g. Steel Storm: Burning Retribution. These are
truncated when they exceed the space provided. However, when mousing
over them, no tooltip appears, meaning that the user has to click on
the application to find out its entire name.

  SRU TEST CASE:
  1. Launch the current Ubuntu Software Center in Precise.
  2. Mouse over the title of one of the applications in the "What's New"
section.
  3. Note that no tooltip is shown, even for titles that do not fit in the
space provided.
  4. Close Ubuntu Software Center.
  5. Update to the version of software-center in precise-proposed.
  6. Launch Ubuntu Software Center again and mouse over the same title.
  7. Verify that a tooltip now displays the full title.

  SRU REGRESSION POTENTIAL:
Negligible risk, just adds a single line to display a tooltip.
