Public bug reported: Since one of the things which has always annoyed me about gedit is its lack of ctags or cscope support I wrote a simple script using the external tools plugin to make it use cscope. I opened an upstream bug report [1] to get it provided, but no joy so far. I have been happily using it for a year or so now and feel like I couldn't live without it (at least not with gedit...) The script is attached to the upstream bug.
