Bug description:
  TEST CASE:
  1. In the g-c-c, go to Accessibility and enable the orca screen reader
  2. Restart compiz or logout/login.
  3. Press alt+f1 to enter keynav in the Launcher
  4. Move around the Launcher
     -> Orca should read the Launcher elements and their quick-list menu items

  Original description:

  the launcher is now silent to orca, including the quicklists in the
  12.04 beta
