Public bug reported: Problem: When try to open "gedit filename" in combination with gksund, an extra tab will be created with the title: "Untitled Document 1" and the icon on that tab will be spining as if it tries to open the file. The tab in question will not be able to be edit but you can close it.
Steps to reproduce: 1. Type gksudo gedit filename where filename is an existing file that can be edited. 2. You should see the problem as described above.
