Title: gpsdrive is incorrectly categorized in software-center Status in One Hundred Paper Cuts: Triaged Status in “gpsdrive” package in Ubuntu: Triaged Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu: Invalid Status in “gpsdrive” package in Debian: Confirmed Bug description: Binary package hint: software-center When browsing the graphics section in software center, gpsdrive is listed: "Map-based navigation system that displays the current position provided by a GPS receiver on a zoomable map. Maps can be downloaded from different map providers or rendered on-the-fly using the OpenStreetMap dataset. Route planning, optionally with spoken directions, is supported through waypoints." this is hardly a "graphics" app, and should be moved to "other" or "science". For example, on apple's website, routebuddy is categorized as a "math and science" app: http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/math_science/routebuddy.html To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/hundredpapercuts/+bug/498705/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages Post to : desktop-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
