Either creating a new account or signing in with an existintg one presents a series of unbranded, unidentifiable windows. The fact that the appearance is so different than the web sign in experience makes it look suspicious. Expected result? A visually consistent experience of signing into Ubuntu SSO, regardless of whether one is doing it in an app or on the web.
