Title: Brightness settings are lost on reboot Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: The brightness settings are not retained after the reboot. 1. Set the brightness to the lowest using brightness and lock screen of the gnome-control-center 2. Reboot the computer 3. After login the brightness is set to maximum. The previous settings are lost.
