Feel free to mark it as a dup of beforementioned bug if it is. Happened right after doubleclicking the 'Install Ubuntu 12.04 LTS' icon on the desktop while running a Live 12.04 beta 2 environment. The crash doesn't seem to affect the installation itself though.
