Title: gnome panels disappear Status in “gnome-panel” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Ubuntu 12.04 beta To reproduce: -Install gnome-panel package -Start "Gnome classic" session -Change workspaces preferences (I've set 4 workspaces in 1 row) -Try to change workspaces by clicking on its icon in panel Then both top and bottom panels disappear (and all windows too). To make them visible, I launch Terminal via Ctrl+Alt+T. Also, workspace switch works via Ctrl+Alt+arrows, but the workspace configuration is 2 col x 2 row, not 4col x 1 row ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 12.04 Package: gnome-panel 1:3.3.92-0ubuntu1 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 3.2.0-20.32-generic 3.2.12 Uname: Linux 3.2.0-20-generic x86_64 ApportVersion: 1.95-0ubuntu1 Architecture: amd64 Date: Fri Mar 23 18:45:15 2012 InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS "Precise Pangolin" - Beta amd64 (20120301) ProcEnviron: LANG=en_US.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: gnome-panel UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-panel/+bug/963157/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages Post to : desktop-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
