Public bug reported:

I'm testing 12.04 64-bit, with all the latest updates. Since I have a
card that isn't supported by open-source drivers (radeon 7950), I tried
to use Catalyst via Jockey. The problem is that Jockey always reports an
error after installation, claiming that drivers aren't installed. When I
restart the computer, I can see that divers are, in fact, installed, but
jockey still reports that they aren't.

I attached Jockey log file.
