The python2.7 with the fix for:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python2.7/+bug/971311
may have fixed this bug. I was not able to reproduce it with the old or the new
python so I can not say for sure.
But it would be nice to double check from someone who can confirm the issue.

* Start writing a review for an application.
* Beside the label reminding people to be brief and informative, click the
“More…” button.
* Close the review writing dialog.
* Software Centre is now unresponsive until you close your web browser.
