Title:
2 monitors with different resolutions on Unity 4.28

Status in Unity:

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  I have 2 monitors with different resolutions by height (1366x768 & 1280x1024).
It is natural., that vertical align of 2 monitor by upper side.

In Unity 4.22 and 4.24 everything was OK, but in 4.28 on display with
smaller resolution, image is moved to the up (by 256 pixels), and at
the same time height 768 pixels saves the same, so I have black
rectangle at the bottom of smaller display (256 pixels height on full
  width).

But, what is interesting, this bug has no influence on launcher and
  dash, they works correctly.

I found this bug when obtain updates from unstable repository, but
from yesterday, the same version is in stable repository.

When I set configuration of displays by vertical align by lower side -
problem dissapears, but it is not comfort to use such configuration.

If it is necessary, I can update my system up to this version again,
and send screenshot, but I think, problem is understandable.
