The "mouse keys" feature is turned on/off by pressing shift+numlock.
This shortcut does not appear in System->Preferences->Keyboard
Shortcuts, and it happens even though "Accessibility features can be
toggled with keyboard shortcuts" is unchecked.
This shortcut is very frustrating to press by accident, since there is
little feedback as to what has happened. The movement of the mouse
pointer on a single numeric keypad press is so slight that it's
unlikely to be noticed -- the user will just think that their numeric
keypad has stopped working and be clueless about what caused it or how
to fix it.
At a minimum, the shortcut should be able to be disabled through the
configuration menus -- but ideally the shortcut should be disabled by
default, or on first use produce a popup asking whether the user wants
that shortcut to be enabled.
