Thank you for your bug report.
I apologize but I am a tad confused.  I am unable to reproduce this issue.  If 
a directory does not belong to me, I simply can not move it to the trash.  
"Unable to move to trash:  Access denied".  Please tell me how I could go about 
reproducing the problem with a short example.  Also what version of Ubuntu are 
you running?
