Anyway, I think the problem is in this process:
/usr/bin/compiz.real --no-fbo --ignore-desktop-hints --sm-client-id default0 
gconf gconf
(It's the process "sleeping" for 2-3 minutes on startup)
By the way, now I have TWO of these processes on my session.

Also, right-clicking on the desktop in the "sleeping-time", the GNOME Splash 
Screen shows up (freezed).
Sometimes, the whole desktop become unusable, so I have to log in again.
