You have been subscribed to a public bug: I upgraded my system to feisty some days ago. Normally I used to have icons for each partition on my desktop but they're gone. and even stranger the partitions in the "computer" menue are gone too. There is only my cd drive and the main root.
but the data is accesable by it's original mountpoint. - I have no idea what caused this bug. I upgraded by simply editing the sources.list from edgy to feisty and removing the third party sources. - if there is more information needed i'll be glad to help. mfg enaut ProblemType: Bug Architecture: i386 Date: Tue Mar 27 07:09:37 2007 DistroRelease: Ubuntu 7.04 Uname: Linux Tux-Laptop 2.6.20-12-386 #2 Wed Mar 21 20:53:13 UTC 2007 i686 GNU/Linux ** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed -- No partitions visible - neither in the "computer icon" nor on the desktop https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/96821 -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
