I don't know how to get a crash file. Please help because it is very
very annoying because it freezes ALL the system, and the problem is
easyly reproductable, but it is random. I can't reproduce it for a cd in
particular nor for a sound in particular. Sometimes I'm even able to rip
an entire CD without any problem, other time I need to restart 1 or 3
times to do it.
