I've only noticed these glitches when my Framework 13 is connected to a Dell
WD19TB Thunderbolt Dock over USB-C. It doesn't matter whether the Framework
panel is closed or open.
When a movement reminder or eyesight break is announced, the screen will
sometimes flash bright white, then stagger down to a dimmer screen brightness
level with no smoothing. It's visually very jarring.
Additionally, the cursor will start ghosting.
