Steps to reproduce:
a. Right Click + "Rename" a file
b. A "Rename File" dialog box appears
c. Press Windows + Space to change the dialog box used language
Bug: the "Rename File" dialog box ignores the request and does not switch the
written language.
This is quite annoying to people using multiple languages.
