In Ubuntu 25.10 when I right click on the desktop and click open in
terminal, the terminal (ptyxis) allways opens in /home/user and not on
the selected dir.

When I right click on desktop or in a folder and do open in Terminal ptyxis 
opens in the selected directory

ptyxis always opens in /home/user
