Public bug reported:
On Ubuntu 25.04 x86_64, while dragging files or folders in Nautilus, scrolling
does not work.
This makes it difficult to move items into deeper directories unless they are
visible in the current window.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Nautilus
2. Select a file or folder
3. Begin dragging it
4. Try scrolling with the mouse wheel
Expected result: The view should scroll while dragging, allowing dropping into
folders out of view.
Actual result: The view does not scroll, forcing the user to drop, scroll
manually, and drag again.
