That probably wouldn't be related to this fix - this is just the handler
for bringing up the correct authentication details panel when you click
on an enterprise network in the Quicksettings panel.


The only recent changes that I know of that might be relevant to 6GHz 
visibility are
- The new wpa supplicant version (bumped to upstream 2.11) 
(https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/wpa/2:2.11-0ubuntu1), which contains many 
changes and might have been impactful in that context
- This network-manager change 
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager/+bug/2116940) - but 
it is only in proposed, still FTBFS in questing, and as I understand only 
impacts the channel number reported by nmcli (so it probably isn't that one)
