Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.
I'm a bit confused about the problem. "Shift" and "ctrl" keys are modifier
keys. It should not matter in which order they are pressed as long as they are
held while pressing the subsequent key ("n" in this case).
ctrl+shift+n or shift+ctrl+n still means pressing n while holding "ctrl" and
"shift"
Are you using a particular keyboard layout or input device in which this
isn't the case?
