3) What you expected to happen: When uninstalling these packages, they remove
just themselves
4) What happened instead: They removed most system packages
All I did was `sudo apt install imagemagick libpango-1.0-0
libpango1.0-dev`, then `sudo apt remove libpango-1.0-0 libpango1.0-dev`.
I didn't read the full list of packages it wanted to remove, but it was
~500MB. After confirming, several apps disappeared from the dock/taskbar
(including the terminal and file manager!), and most packages I had
installed were listed in the "The following packages were automatically
installed and are no longer required" section (including ffmpeg and
python3, but not build-essential). Luckily I had VS Code open with a
terminal, so I reinstalled the packages using `sudo apt install ubuntu-
desktop` (though before ubuntu-desktop, I added gnome-terminal and
software-properties-gtk, but I don't think that makes a difference).
