I'm not sure whether fallback to GeoIP is working at all. For me with
enabled automatic timezone and locations services in Ubuntu 24.04 I have
never seen timezone change during my travels.

As an alternative to Mozilla geolocation service there are at least 2
options:

- Google API (used by Arch Linux
