### Summary

When resizing application windows using a stylus on Wayland, the
interface becomes unresponsive. This issue does not occur when using
X11. The freeze happens consistently across all applications and
requires a system restart or logout to recover. Tried both with
fractional scaling on and off -> same result.

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Boot the system into a Wayland session.
2. Open an application window (e.g., a terminal or web browser).
3. Use the Lenovo ThinkPad Active Pen to resize the window by dragging the
corner or edge.
4. Observe the freeze or unresponsive behavior.

### Expected behavior

The window should resize smoothly without freezing or becoming
unresponsive, like on X11.
