snaps are only allowed to match the desktop file they provide, so
StartupWMClass does not actually matter.

For rawtherapee, it seems that snapd is unable to determine its desktop
file:

$ snap routine portal-info $(pidof rawtherapee) 
[Snap Info]
InstanceName=rawtherapee
AppName=rawtherapee
DesktopFile=.
CommonID=com.rawtherapee.RawTherapee
HasNetworkStatus=false
