There is a failed migration-reference/0 run, but for an older version. Current 
version is 1.14.6-1ubuntu0.1, and the old migration-reference/0 run is for 
1.14.5-1build4.

I guess since no new upload since then passed, "failed" is the status
quo. Yeah, likely. Just to be sure I triggered another migration-
reference/0 run with the current version. Should be quick.
