When idle, gnome-shell sits at around 1-10% (sometimes up to 20%). When
clicking and dragging on the desktop, it goes to 98%.
After doing the sleep and wake thing, at idle it sits at 0.5-2% and when
dragging on the desktop it goes to about 95%. Also it occasionally stutters
every 1-2 seconds.
There aren't really any other processes using a lot of CPU, mostly just Firefox
at 1-10% when not using it, and everything else is below 1%.
