It looks like the main culprit is apt-daily-upgrade.service, so does
that show up on every slow boot? Or does apt-daily-upgrade.service go
away and only mysql.service is left as the main bottleneck?

** Package changed: gnome-shell (Ubuntu) => apt (Ubuntu)

** Also affects: mysql-8.0 (Ubuntu)
   Importance: Undecided
       Status: New
