Can we PLEASE get this fixed already? I have to deal with this problem EVERY DAY, and it's now over 5 years old!
I AM SICK AND TIRED OF HAVE TO BEG FOR THIS 30 MINUTE FIX TO BE IMPLEMENTED!!!! It is CLEAR that restarting the service provides a work-around, and a VERY RUDIMENTARY CODE CHANGE COULD AT LEAST IMPLEMENT A MOSTLY ACCEPTABLE DAY TO DAY WORK-AROUND.
