I just got the bug again (you can see it's not very often) I just sent the debug.
xwininfo is not working on that zone top left zone. I can't click on it. I can only click outside this box. I tried again with "lg", and the text show that it's some notification. It's some "old" Skype notification. Stopping Skype do not solve the issue, so I think it's linked with the notification system.
