When a user right-clicks on the Clock, adjusts time & date there are only 3 buttons named Help, Synchronize & Close there is no OK button. For somebody who is using the the adjust time-date the first time the user is unable to know tht hitting enter at each box where he enters the time or date (not synchronizing with time servers). There needs to be an OK button which does the same effect.
