I got it again now with $HOME/.config/environment.d/debug.conf : MUTTER_DEBUG_DISABLE_TRIPLE_BUFFERING=1 MUTTER_DEBUG_FORCE_KMS_MODE=simple
Of course, all the triple buffering patches are still there.
