Public bug reported:

I have Logitech MX Master 3S and it was worked ok until I have power off
my laptop Dell XPS with Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS. Till my restart I have
install different packages so I don't know which one broke the eco
system. I have uninstall solaar package but the problem doesn't
disappear. The scrolling is working but it doesn't fast at all.
