Public bug reported: 1. Open Settings. 2. Go to Online Accounts. 3. Add a Google account, or if you already have one, click on it, to open the Google Account window. 4. Toggle one of the rocker switches from on to off or vice versa. 5. Observe that at this point the window becomes unresponsive and can't be closed.
