yes, see https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/nautilus/-/merge_requests/943 with screenshots, they only display it when autoclean is activated now, empty and restore actions are easy enough to access, you also don't have a bar for copy/paste/etc and it's not blocking user to find those actions
