You have been subscribed to a public bug: Undefined disk(device) - not mounted. If I see this device - Disks(gnome-disk-utility) not working. (and it is only one catched problem)
I can't find the name of this device, for example if I hover the icon of the disk(device) in the Dock popup say this device is 190mb and with “lsblk” I can't find something with 190mb. I find this: https://askubuntu.com/questions/1370821/a-strange-external-device-appeared-on-the-left-sidebar but in my problem I cannot find the name of the disk(device). I tried “lsusb” but nothing. This problem is not new on my PC, maybe some recommendations if I meet this problem again? ------------ Description: Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS Release: 22.04 gnome-disk-utility: Installed: 42.0-1ubuntu1 Candidate: 42.0-1ubuntu1 Version table: *** 42.0-1ubuntu1 500 500 http://ru.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu jammy/main amd64 Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 22.04 Package: gnome-disk-utility 42.0-1ubuntu1 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 5.15.0-56.62-generic 5.15.64 Uname: Linux 5.15.0-56-generic x86_64 ApportVersion: 2.20.11-0ubuntu82.3 Architecture: amd64 CasperMD5CheckResult: pass CurrentDesktop: ubuntu:GNOME Date: Fri Dec 16 13:05:56 2022 InstallationDate: Installed on 2022-12-10 (5 days ago) InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS "Jammy Jellyfish" - Release amd64 (20220419) SourcePackage: gnome-disk-utility UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install) ** Affects: gnome-disk-utility (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug jammy wayland-session -- Undefined disk(device) - strange behavarior https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1999880 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-disk-utility in Ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
