Public bug reported: In the gnome-control-center, under Monitors->Night light, there is a banner saying that night light is not available and "that may be the result of the graphics driver or that you are using remote desktop" (loosely translated from Spanish, see screenshot). None of that is true and Night light worked fine before updating to 22.10 beta.
Moreover, night light was setup to activate at dusk before updating and that seems to be working. It can even be toggled using the quick settings.
