Checking https://askubuntu.com/questions/1405901/ubuntu-22-04-ui-issues- in-app-file-selector-save-prompt-saving-files-and-new-w I can confirm that it's possible to work around this bug if edit the name of the file to be saved, just adding any character to the filename and it will be saved in any folder.
