Public bug reported: When opening a Flatpak app, it opens as usual, but even when it's already open, the loading circle in the top panel doesn't dissapear until some time (~10 sec). As a side effect, the app takes long time to show up in the dock.
If I open the app via `flatpak run app` in terminal, this issue does not occur. It only happens when opening it from the app drawer or the search function in Activities. Ubuntu version: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS Package version: 42.0-2ubuntu1 Expected to happen: The loading circle on the top panel should disappear as soon as the app loads when it's launched from the app drawer. What happened: The loading circle remains a few seconds and that leads to the app icon not showing in the dock.
