I grabbed a music CD (pink floyd, delicate sounds of thunder disc 2) and
inserted it into my hirsute system.

Response was identical to that described by OP, with my GNOME-DISKS
looking pretty much identical to the picture provided (excluding red
censorship, dvd drive model, size of disc etc or expected differences)

I have NOT clicked AFFECTS ME TOO, as I can't a reason why I'd want to
mount the drive with gnome-disks. A look at the Github
(https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-disk-utility) says

"GNOME Disks, gnome-disk-image-mounter and gsd-disk-utility-notify are
libraries and applications for dealing with storage devices."

A look at the `man gnome-disks` also doesn't convince me this is
something a user should expect.

"gnome-disks is the command to launch the GNOME Disks application. Disks
provides a way to inspect, format, partition and configure disks and
block devices."

Thus I'll confirm I get the same response in hirsute (3.38.1-1ubuntu1)
but I've not checked affects-me-too as I'm unsure it's a bug.

If `mounting` is an intended/expected feature it does impact me (but I
didn't see reference to `mount` in the man pages, except in the 'see
also' section which refers you to other utilities)
