Some more information on my experience with this issue. I have upgraded mutter on two other machines and neither exhibit the same behaviour. 1 - Desktop - 1920x1080 - AMD Pitcairn - No Issue 2 - Laptop - 1920x1080 - Mesa Intel UHD Graphics (CML GT2) - No Issue 3 - Desktop - 3440x1440 GeForce GTX 950 - Nvidia Driver (440) - Issue Exists
