I am afraid the comment `apport-collect 1887235` fails on my system with the following error: `ERROR: The python3-launchpadlib package is not installed. This functionality is not available.`. I have followed https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs#Error:_The_launchpadlib_Python_module_is_not_installed but the error persists.
