You have been subscribed to a public bug by AsciiWolf (asciiwolf):

This happens on the latest Snap Store on fully updated Ubuntu 20.04.
When adding a PPA and installing a package from this PPA using apt, the
app is correctly displayed in Snap Store if it has AppStream metadata,
however when clicking "Remove", nothing happens. Also, the source for
this app is displayed as "unknown".

To reproduce this issue, try, for example, installing Lutris:
$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:lutris-team/lutris
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install lutris

Then restart the computer or run "killall snap-store", then launch
Ubuntu Software again, switch to the Installed tab, click on "Lutris"
and click "Remove".

This is in Snap Store verbose log:
