There is no directory 'Pictures' (or a similar named directory in my locale) in the home directory.
Here's the .config/user-dirs.dir: XDG_DESKTOP_DIR="$HOME/Schreibtisch" XDG_DOWNLOAD_DIR="$HOME/Downloads" Screenshots were saved to $HOME in the past, not a 'Pictures' a directory. We really do not want to add a Pictures directory, because we want to encourage our users to save their files on their smb-mounted home on our server. How can we change the path where the Screenshots get saved? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-shell in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1876887 Title: taking screenshots fails with gnome-shell error after upgrade to 20.04 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell/+bug/1876887/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
